The Refund Policy of Game Invasion outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for console rental services. All refund requests are subject to verification, inspection, and approval by Game Invasion.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on cancellation timing, rental duration, and the condition of the equipment upon return. Game Invasion reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving misuse, damage, violation of rental terms, or incomplete return of accessories

Processing times for approved refunds may vary and depend on the payment method used. Game Invasion shall not be held liable for delays caused by banking institutions or external service providers.

Game Invasion reserves the right to modify or update the Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Refund Policy - the basics

  1. Cancellations: Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to partial or no refund.

  2. After Dispatch: No refunds will be issued once the console has been dispatched or delivered.

  3. Security Deposit: Security deposits are refundable after the console is returned in proper working condition, subject to inspection.

  4. Technical Issues: In case of a genuine technical fault, a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

  5. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
