Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Refund decisions are subject to inspection, verification, and compliance with Game Invasion policies. Game Invasion reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the condition of the equipment, usage, and timing of cancellation. The company shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways, banks, or delivery partners. Policies may be updated without prior notice.

Refund Policy - the basics

  1. Cancellations: Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to partial or no refund.

  2. After Dispatch: No refunds will be issued once the console has been dispatched or delivered.

  3. Security Deposit: Security deposits are refundable after the console is returned in proper working condition, subject to inspection.

  4. Technical Issues: In case of a genuine technical fault, a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

  5. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
